  • Co-Payments are made online via Stripe

Out-Of-Network Reimbursement

• • Following payment, I will supply you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • I cannot assure whether or not your insurance will reimburse all, part, or none of the billed amount.
    I encourage you to contact your insurance in advance about what to expect.
